Privacy Policy

Menopause in Balance (Koos Dorssers, the Netherlands) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and why.

Free recipes

When you request the free recipes we store your email address and add it to our email list (Kit) to send you the recipes and related emails. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email and order details, not your full card details.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We use Google Ads cookies to measure whether visitors who clicked our ads sign up for the free recipes. Google receives information about your visit and the sign-up event for measurement and to optimize our ads. In the EU, UK, Switzerland and Quebec this only happens after you accept in the cookie banner; elsewhere it is on by default and respects browser privacy signals (Global Privacy Control). We do not share your email address with Google.

You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. Learn how Google uses data.

Visit statistics

We keep simple, anonymous visit statistics (approximate location and clicks) to improve the site.
